CARE FOR CLIENTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES

ACS Limited provides an excellent service for clients with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour. Many of our dedicated staff are highly experienced and specialise in this area, providing cover for early, late, night-shifts and sleep-ins.

CARE WORKERS

All ACS Limited care workers have at least six months experience in the care industry. This ensures that all shifts are covered by competent, reliable staff.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

It is our aim to ensure that the highest standard of care is delivered to clients encouraging and maximising client independence. We aim to provide consistency and continuity of staff.

The objective is to fulfil all requirements of care to a high standard. This is achieved by assessing each client’s needs as determined by the client, their relatives or Social Services, and informing the temporary worker of any changes to the client’s Care Plan.
